Click on a question below to find your answer. If you have another question, please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. How do I sign up for one of your courses?

Simply follow the links to the contact us form on this website. Here you can register your interest in any of our courses and we will call you back within 24 hours to discuss the courses with you and look at course dates and available places. You may of course just email or telephone us if you already know which course you wish to sign up for. It is recommended that if you are interested in the software developer course that you complete the contact us form so that we can discuss the details with you.

2. Are there any prerequisites for entry?

Our courses, although aimed at young adults are available to anyone. To take our software developer course you will need a degree such as Computer Science, as this is an enhancement to that degree and cannot be taken without prior knowledge. Our workplace skills courses and work experience packages only require that you have a basic proficiency in English and Mathematics.

3. What will I take away by the end of my course?

On successful completion of our courses, we will provide you with a certificate and enhance your CV, but more importantly we will have improved your confidence and given you skills that help you work effectively in the workplace. In addition, if we can we will sign post you to a suitable role or an organisation that can help you with your next steps.

4. How do I know which course is right for me?

We currently offer day, week, and four-week courses which include both workplace skills training and work experience. We also have a 21-week software development course which is aimed at those with prior knowledge in computer science. If you are looking to boost your workplace skills, then look at our selection of one day and week-long courses. The four-week course is for those looking to add experience before starting a new career or entering the workplace for the first time.

5. What happens after I sign up?

Once you have made your payment and enrolled on the course of your choice, you will be contacted by one of our professional team who will guide you through our registration process. Training courses will be provided in a rotating schedule so that you will never be waiting long for the next cycle of courses to begin after registering.

6. What if I decide the course is not right for me?

Our course deposits are non-refundable. Course costs paid will only be refunded in part once the course has begun. Work XP Training Limited will not refund course costs for any part of the course already taken. We do offer a high amount of flexibility in what courses can be undertaken after starting, so you can switch courses providing that spaces are available on your chosen course.

7. Why doesn’t your website have a portal like other training platforms?

Great question! We currently do not have a portal setup however this is on our roadmap so lookout for that and other updates soon.

8. How much will my course cost?

Courses range in price, contact us for more details.
